Our expert chefs have curated a menu that includes delicacies such as Salmon Tartare, Sushi and Sashimi selections, Citrus Marinated Salmon, and a refreshing Poached Salmon Salad with tomatoes and olives. For those who enjoy a touch of creativity, our Smoked Salmon Devilled Eggs and Crispy Salmon Flake Salad with a spicy dressing will tantalise the taste buds. The Grilled Salmon Belly with Thai-style sauce and the Spicy Salmon Salad with fresh herbs are also not to be missed.
