Rice soaked in the cold water of a smoke candle, and flower-scented served with 9 side dishes such as Kapi balls, Salted Egg yorks, Stuffed shallots, Stuffed sweet peppers, Shredded sweetened beef and pork, Stir-fried sweet pickled Chinese turnips with eggs, Stir-fried salted pickled Chinese vegetables and Sweetened snakehead fish. Including raw mango, fresh cucumber, fresh wild ginger, fresh chillies and sweet spring onions served together to balance the sweetness of the side dishes and aid digestion.
