Auspicious Cantonese delicacies are on offer this January at InterContinental Bangkok’s Summer Palace to herald in the Chinese New Year with peace, prosperity and good health.
The traditional New Year Yee Sang is served for a ceremonial toss with chopsticks, and for groups of 10 or more there are two set menus for 10 or more guests, created to herald prosperity and good health for the Year of the Rat. Menu including Boston Lobster “Yee Sang” with condiments, steamed stuffed fish maw with shrimp in egg white sauce, chilled shredded abalone and jellyfish with Lao Gan Ma sauce, Roasted Peking duck served with pancake and condiments, Sautéed scallops with gingko nuts in XO sauce and more.
All menus include Chinese New Year combination dishes, and a menu of special à la carte dishes is also available.
Prices for the set menus are Baht 16,989++ and Baht 19,989++ for 10 persons.
