Well Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 unveils a special menu collaboration created by Chef Simone Finetti, of Master Chef Italia for Mother’s Day

Well Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 begins the special month offering an exclusive Mother’s Day menu, a culinary collaboration with Chef Simone Finetti from ranked as the 8th finalist from the show Master Chef Italia, Chef Simone has created a special dish that is inspired by Thailand and teams up with Well Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20’s Chef Ken Khanyankai to create a special menu to welcome Thailand’s Mother’s Day.

The three new creations, including ‘Liquid Egg Raviolo Thai Style’ (359 THB++), highlighting Chef Simone’s latest inspiration from his culture and community trip in Thailand. ‘Marinated Salmon Salsa and Pepper Sauce (359 THB++), the imaginative creation by Chef Ken Khayankai, paired with a special Thai style Mocktail ‘Sweet Pomelo’, a touch of Pomelo, Pomegranate and topped with the coral vine (159 THB++)

Eat Well Café offers Thai and Asian menu, including the healthy Food Therapy set menu. Recommendations include Miang Tuna, Quinoa, Mango and Tiger Prawn Salad, Thai Pomelo Salad with pomegranate chicken and prawn, Green Curry Fried Rice with Crispy Salted Fish. For the Food Therapy, concept is to give what the body needs or lacks. The culinary team handpicks the high quality produce to create the simple yet vitamins and nutrient-filled menu. The four sets cover four symptoms including Sore throat, Jetlag, Headache & Migraine and Computer Vision Syndrome.
