The white asparagus promotion at Goji Kitchen + Bar will be hosted every weekend dinner, plus Saturday lunch and Sunday brunch from 1-31 May 2022. Prices start from THB 2,199++ per person. As an extra special promotion, bookings of 10+ guests will be offered free corkage charge on up to four bottles of wine or Champagne every Wednesday.
At Akira Back, the innovative Asian restaurant on the hotel’s 37th floor, our culinary experts have crafted four delectable dishes. These include grilled white asparagus with black garlic butter, parmesan and shio gonbu, pan-seared halibut with white asparagus and soy beurre blanc, and Japanese A5 wagyu steak with white asparagus, truffle beef jus and potato chips. For a truly unique taste sensation, Akira Back is also serving an intriguing dessert of mille-feuille with makgeolli ice cream and crispy white asparagus caramel.
