In true “Chiringuito” style, we currently have four main dishes to try, including “Traditional Ocean and Land” (Squid a la plancha grilled sausage parsley garlic); “Cod Esqueixada Salad” (Tomato - black olive - bean - salad - EVOO - boiled egg); “Mollete Spanish Brioche Sandwich” (Iberian pulled pork - red onion - tomato - lettuce “chimichurri” dressing); and “Black Mussel Paella” (Creamy rice - mussels - tomato sauce - “picada”).  And for desserts? A smaller (but probably not easier) decision awaits: Churros con Chocolate or Catalan Cream.
