​Bangkok, Thailand – Avani Ratchada Bangkok proudly joined the “Together with Love” initiative in celebration of Minor Founder’s Day, held annually on June 4. This special day of service encourages Minor Group team members across the globe to dedicate their time and efforts toward meaningful volunteer work that gives back to the communities they serve.
 
This year, Avani Ratchada Bangkok organized an internal staff activity under the theme “Give A Little, Shine A Lot” — inviting associates to take part in a joyful “Lucky Star for Charity” activity and contribute donations. All proceeds after expenses were directed to support the “จ้างวานข้า” or “Employment for the Underprivileged” project by the Mirror Foundation, a creative initiative aimed at rebuilding lives through employment opportunities.
 
The project is dedicated to creating jobs for society’s most vulnerable groups — including the homeless, people with disabilities, the elderly, individuals who have overcome life crises, and those lacking access to education and stable employment. By matching each individual’s ability with suitable tasks and offering skill development along with structured support, the project helps them regain their footing and reintegrate into society with dignity.
 
The income they earn is not only a financial lifeline but also a source of renewed confidence, self-worth, and hope. This initiative goes beyond simply “giving fish” — it empowers individuals by “teaching them how to fish” paving the way toward long-term self-reliance.
