Japan Airlines (JAL) is pleased to be a sponsor in Love Pride Parade 2024 for the first time this year. This support to the community is a reflection of the international carrier's corporate values and dedication to social responsibility, and its commitment to fostering a more inclusive society, respectful of human rights of all people. Participants at this year’s Love Pride Parade 2024 can look forward to JAL’s brilliantly colored float designs, aptly dubbed “Color Your Skies”, featuring the Oh My Boss and Drag, I Love You star and LGBTQ+ advocate, Luke Ishikawa who will grace the lead car. The design of the float features the JAL LGBTQ Ally logo, created for building internal and external LGBTQ ALLY networks. It has since been used at many past Pride Parades held in Japan, which JAL supported to promote the understanding of LGBTQ issues and to celebrate diversity within its workforce, earning it Gold at the Pride Index Awards developed by the voluntary organization "work with Pride”, for 8 consecutive years since 2016. Love Pride marks the first Pride Parade participation for JAL in Thailand.
