The contest attracted 25 creative teams, with six finalists selected for immersive workshops at Madi Paidi Bangkok. On November 14, 2025, participants engaged in an inspiring session led by visionary architects, interior designers, and branding experts. The journey culminated on December 15, 2025, when winners were announced in a celebration of Thai heritage, creativity, and sustainability.

More than a competition, this initiative was designed to empower the next generation by providing students with a platform to showcase their talent publicly and gain real-world experience alongside hospitality professionals. It also reinforces Marriott International’s Serve 360 commitment to creating a positive impact through education and expanded opportunities for youth.

Le Méridien Bangkok has strengthened its commitment to community wellbeing with a THB 500,000 contribution to Operation Smile Thailand, supporting free, life-changing cleft surgeries and comprehensive care nationwide. The funds were raised in partnership with the Thai-Austrian Society during the final edition of the Austrian Folk Music & Food Festival, a three-year cultural collaboration that has supported charitable causes including earthquake relief in Morocco and Save the Children Thailand. The donation continues the hotel’s support for Operation Smile Thailand’s mission, which includes surgery, nutrition support, dental care, speech therapy, psychosocial assistance, and medical training.
