AssetWise Public Company Limited, a leading real estate developer, has partnered with the Faculty of Architecture at Kasetsart University to launch the ASW x Arch KU campaign. This partnership includes the co-development of an Architectural Design course aimed at enhancing learning through real-world experience provided by real estate experts. During the course, experts from AssetWise will serve as special lecturers on condominium design, focusing on the principles of GrowGreen and Wisecology, which emphasize creating real estate that caters to the diverse needs of all generations while prioritizing environmental sustainability. Additionally, AssetWise will present a real-world design assignment using an area in WisePark as a model, allowing students to apply their skills to an actual space that reflects current trends and surrounding contexts. This partnership aims to harness the potential of the next generation of architects by providing them with expert knowledge and hands-on experience in real work environments. The initiative also seeks to foster the development of real estate projects that promote a happy and sustainable society. Students who impress the committee with their work will be awarded a prize of 50,000 baht.
