This special day of service encourages Minor Group team members across the globe to dedicate their time and efforts toward meaningful volunteer work that gives back to the communities they serve.
This year, Avani Ratchada Bangkok organized an internal staff activity under the theme “Give A Little, Shine A Lot” — inviting associates to take part in a joyful “Lucky Star for Charity” activity and contribute donations. All proceeds after expenses were directed to support the “จ้างวานข้า” or “Employment for the Underprivileged” project by the Mirror Foundation, a creative initiative aimed at rebuilding lives through employment opportunities.
The project is dedicated to creating jobs for society’s most vulnerable groups — including the homeless, people with disabilities, the elderly, individuals who have overcome life crises, and those lacking access to education and stable employment.
