Bangkok, Thailand - December 12, 2024 - The Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chaophraya River played host to the Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards 2024, a grand celebration honoring the region’s most exceptional property developers, projects and agencies. Recognised as one of Southeast Asia’s most prestigious awards programs, the event has become a cornerstone for real estate professionals across the region.
Over 350 guests were treated to an evening of opulence and entertainment, highlighted by captivating musical performances that added a touch of glamor to the festivities, including a mini concert performed by special guest Thai artist K. Burin Boonvisut. The pinnacle of the evening was a magnificent riverside fireworks show by the Chaophraya river, illuminating the Bangkok skyline.

Big winners on the night included the Philippines’ RLC Residences who were awarded Developer of the Year title recognising their continued leadership in the Philippines property sector and the prestigious gala brought together key players, influencers, and visionaries in the real estate sector, offering a platform to honor and applaud the outstanding achievements of developers and agencies who have shaped the landscape of Southeast Asia's real estate market.
