Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards 2024 celebrate the region’s leading real estate Developers, Projects and Agencies

● Winners from across the region were honored at Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards 2024 hosted in Bangkok
● RLC Residences from the Philippines won the prestigious Developer of the Year 2024 title
● Anchan Villas from Phuket won the prestigious Best Developer Luxury Villas 2024 title.
● Guests were treated to a special appearance and mini concert from Thai artist Burin Boonvisut.

Bangkok, Thailand - December 12, 2024 - The Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chaophraya River played host to the Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards 2024, a grand celebration honoring the region’s most exceptional property developers, projects and agencies.  Recognised as one of Southeast Asia’s most prestigious awards programs, the event has become a cornerstone for real estate professionals across the region.

Over 350 guests were treated to an evening of opulence and entertainment, highlighted by captivating musical performances that added a touch of glamor to the festivities, including a mini concert performed by special guest Thai artist K. Burin Boonvisut.  The pinnacle of the evening was a magnificent riverside fireworks show by the Chaophraya river, illuminating the Bangkok skyline.

Big winners on the night included the Philippines’ RLC Residences who were awarded Developer of  the Year title recognising their continued leadership in the Philippines property sector and the prestigious gala brought together key players, influencers, and visionaries in the real estate sector, offering a platform to honor and applaud the outstanding achievements of developers and agencies who have shaped the landscape of Southeast Asia's real estate market.

Developer of the Year RLC Residences from the Philippines won a total of five awards including a Special Recognition Award for Innovation in recognition of the company’s forward-thinking digital solutions such as the myRLC Home app.  Such a big night for the developer underscored RLC Residences’ commitment to delivering high quality, innovative and sustainable developments that re-shape the residential landscape in the Philippines.

Meanwhile, as the luxury market continues to develop across Thailand’s resorts, Phuket’s Anchan Villas was a big winner once again, this year taking home the prestigious Best Developer Luxury Villas title, whilst from Vietnam, it was Dojiland who took home the title of Best Luxury Residential Developer.

Real estate agencies continue to be a vital link between property buyers and sellers while also providing other indispensable services that support a vibrant property sector. Celebrating their work is another aspect that makes the Dot Property Awards program unique in the region.
