- This year’s motorsport workshops are, for the first time, conducted on non-track roads – consisting of the Passion Road Driving in supercars and supersport SUVs fitted with MICHELIN Pilot Sport 4S and MICHELIN Pilot Sport 4 SUV respectively; and the WRC Rally Hotlap in racing carsfitted with MICHELIN Pilot Sport 5.
The ‘MICHELIN PASSION EXPERIENCE 2024’ event has recently taken place in Monaco – home to prestigious motorsport events, such as the Grand Prix and the World Rally Championship (WRC); and a number of Michelin-starred restaurants. More than 200 dealers, industry media and influencers from 8 countries (i.e. Australia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam) are invited to an ultimate 3-day, 3-night immersion into the Michelin world of passion for motorsport, motion, and gastronomy.
The event features two motorsport workshops on non-track roads for the first time. The Passion Road Driving offers participants a chance to drive one of the premium supercars and supersport SUVs (namely, Lamborghini Urus Performante, Porsche 911 GTS, Ferrari 296 GTS, Bentley Bentayga S, Ferrari Portofino M, Porsche Targa 4S, Lamborghini Urus S, Bentley Continental GTC, and Ferrari F8 Spyder), fitted respectively with MICHELIN Pilot Sport 4S – the new king of supersport tires, engineered for maximum performances and safety on all surfaces, and MICHELIN Pilot Sport 4 SUV – a specifically designed tire for premium SUVs with excellent handling and comfort, on 77 kilometers of open roads.
The WRC Rally Hotlap offers participants a full rally co-driving experience on a closed road, with helmet and racing suit, in a racing car fitted with MICHELIN Pilot Sport 5 - a high-performance tire that enables drivers to get the most from their driving experience for more miles.
