Chiang Mai’s premier French fine dining establishment, Le Crystal Restaurant, has just released a special dinner set menu promotion for April -July 2023. This special set menu dinner is priced at THB 1,500 and THB 2,500 per person with a four-course variety menu.
The highlight of our main course for 1,500 THB sets is Pan-Fried Yellowtail Fish with Spicy Tomato Sauce or Roasted Duck Breast with Pomegranate and Strawberry Reduction or Beef Tongue Stew with Vegetables and Potato For the 2,500 THB set the main course highlight is Steamed Snow Fish with Lobster Sauce or Braised Ostrich Tenderloin with Truffle Sauce or Grilled Kagoshima Strip Loin with Black Pepper Sauce.

Guests and Le Meridien Phuket Beach Resort’s team supported the Phuket Marine Biological Centre’s (Phuket, Thailand) Annual Sea Turtle Conservation Event. We released 40 turtles yesterday (on Songkran Day, 13th of April, 2023) and those who donated, received a limited edition Le Meridien Phuket Beach Resort Sea Turtle t-shirt. A Sea Turtle to Release on the Beach is our annual charity event that aims to raise awareness and save marine life, and funds to support the ongoing sea turtle conservation initiative of Phuket Marine Biological Center (PMBC). On 13th April at 17.30 hrs. Total of 40 turtles released were into the sea safely and the funds will be given to PMBC.

When the tide ebbs at dusk this Songkran (Thai New Year), between 5pm and 6:30pm, on 13 and 14 April at Mai Khao Beach and Layan Beach respectively, guests of both Anantara Phuket resorts are encouraged to sponsor the release of either an endangered turtle or vulnerable bamboo shark. With her extensive experience in luxury hospitality at some of the world’s most distinguished hotels and resorts, Sandy will provide strategic leadership to the resort’s senior management and operations teams. No stranger to the IHG family, Sandy joins InterContinental Khao Yai Resort from one of the brand’s most iconic properties in Vietnam, InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort, where she held the position of Hotel Manager over a three-year tenure. Her achievements included the curation of luxurious yet sustainable guest experiences and raising the benchmark for service excellence in the industry.
 
Prior to that, Sandy was the Executive Assistant Manager at Capella Singapore – becoming one of the first women to hold the position where she took charge of hotel operations, guest satisfaction and general management. She was promoted to this role from her previous position as Director of Sales & Marketing, where she was responsible for revenue optimisation, development and execution of commercial strategies as well as brand marketing efforts.
