The TOP25 Restaurants Thailand Awards 2025, was held on December 8 at the Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit. This year’s ceremony marked a significant milestone as, for the first time ever, the organization brought together the TOP25 Restaurants Bangkok and the TOP25 Restaurants Phuket & Southern Thailand in one prestigious celebration of culinary excellence, covering not only Bangkok and Phuket but Samui and Krabi as well.

Among the many awards presented at the event, the prestigious Chef Awards went to culinary leaders who exemplify dedication and innovation. Bernard Metzger presented the Best Chinese Chef award to Tsai Shih Wei, while Nooror S. Steppe received the Perennial Ambassador of Thai Heritage Cuisine award for her enduring contribution to preserving and promoting Thai culinary traditions through Blue Elephant, Thailand.
Filippo Cassabgi, from San Pellegrino, presented the Young Rising Star Chef Award to Giuseppe Bonura, from Biscotti at Anantara Siam recognising his emerging talent and creative approach to contemporary cuisine.

The Smokaccia Laboratory followed at number two, with Aulis claiming third place. Other distinguished restaurants in the top ten included hom (4), Tambu (5), Lae Lay, Krabi (6), JAMPA (7), Jaras (8), Royd (9), and PRU (10).
