Every year, MGallery Collection hotels around the world organise events to raise money for breast cancer research and to educate people on the early signs and symptoms of the disease, which makes up 30% of all diagnosed cancer cases in women today. From colourful cocktails to changing façades, each Pink October initiative is designed to amplify female voices and strengthen partnerships with local charitable organisations to make a positive difference in every destination.
In support of this global movement, VIE Hotel Bangkok – MGallery Collection will stage an exclusive Michelin Star Charity Dinner at Signature Bangkok, its highly acclaimed restaurant which achieved one star in the Michelin Guides for 2023 and 2024. Having been welcomed with a vibrant pink cocktail, discerning guests will be transported on an multi-sensory journey through taste, sight and sound.
In a spectacular setting on the 11th floor of the hotel, Chef Thierry Drapeau will showcase his Michelin-starred French cuisine in four sublime courses with mini wine pairing. Throughout this epicurean adventure, guests will be serenaded by one of Thailand's most celebrated jazz musicians, Koh Mr. Saxman, who is famous for his smooth saxophone melodies and soulful performances. The evening will also feature heartfelt speeches by the hotel's general manager and a representative from QSCBCF, to underscore the importance of breast cancer awareness, and a silent auction will be staged to raise additional funds. Upon departure, every guest will be presented with a gift as a gesture of MGallery’s appreciation.
QSCBCF pioneers breast cancer treatment in Thailand
All proceeds from this Michelin Star Charity Dinner and silent auction will be donated to QSCBCF, which was founded by Her Majesty Queen Sirikit and is committed to pioneering new treatment methods and providing state-of-the-art care to breast cancer patients in Thailand.
Throughout Pink October, MGallery Collection hotels around the world will also stage a series of internal competitions, events and trainings to help educate their 6,000 team members, or “Heartists”, on how to identify the early signs and symptoms of breast cancer. Further still, guests will have the opportunity to contribute and make a two euro per night donation to a preferred local breast cancer awareness association, when making a reservation on ALL.com.
