The all-new, 250-seat dining, drinking and entertainment hotspot fuses the world of ancient Greece with modern-day luxury, along with jaw-dropping live performances from DJs, acrobats, aerialists, and fire shows.

Fresh and vibrant Mediterranean cuisine fuelled by heart-healthy pure olive oil, premium imported ingredients and signature dishes cooked over charcoal to bring out authentic flavors. The menu of Executive Chef Apostolos Gavros, a culinary virtuoso from Greece, showcases the variety and abundance of Greek flavors.
Highlights include Greek classics such as the Wagyu Beef Cheek Moussaka, rotating Chicken ‘Gyros’ plate and 12-hour slow-cooked Lamb ‘Kleftiko’ as well as fresh, premium seafood such as Octopus and Butterfly Cut Seabream. The terrace menu, designed specifically for sunset bites, features dishes including fresh oysters, mini skewers and flavorful grilled halloumi cheese, perfect for pairing with specially crafted Greek-inspired tipples. Aesops has partnered with the mixology maestros at the GAG Project to create an elevated drinks menu that includes "The Olympus”, six heavenly cocktails inspired by the Greek gods, as well as new twists on classics like the Kalamata Negroni and the Baklava Old-Fashioned. The “Aesops Sip & Explore” menu is guaranteed to transport adventurers’ taste buds to the sunny Greek isles.
Inspired by the Athens Ruins
The high-ceilinged, marbled interior of Aesops Rooftop, designed by Bangkok-based Paradigm Shift studio, is a modern-day interpretation of ancient Athens ruins come to life. A four-meter-high gazebo -- looking like it came straight out of the Acropolis with its four white Greek columns – is a magnet for guests to mix and mingle, an essential element of Greek social dining culture DNA. The main dining area features comfy sofa seating and the showpiece eight-meter travertine table perfect for friends to wine, dine and party together. A grand statue of Zeus, the supreme Greek god, keeps a watchful eye over the DJ booth to ensure the party keeps rolling all night long. For a more secluded bash, a semi-private dining room for up to 25 guests is also available for guests to let their hair down in true Dionysian style.
