Hyatt Regency Hua Hin and THE BARAI has recently appointed Anette Schlemmer as the new Director of Spa at the award-winning THE BARAI Spa.
Originally, from Munich, Germany, Anette brings with her a wealth of experience after having worked for more than 20 years in the hospitality industry, from food and beverage to sales and marketing and public relations.
She started her career at Kempinski hotels in Munich and has also worked at the world-renowned thermal spa Therme Erding in Germany and the Adlon Spa by Resense. She is familiar with Hyatt culture - before joining Hyatt Regency Hua Hin, Anette served in the capacity of Spa Manager at Hyatt Regency Berlin for over four years.
Armed with a profound knowledge of holistic health, she is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the spa. A certified personal trainer, Anette loves boxing, functional training, yoga, hiking and skiing.
In 2015, Anette earned a Master of Business Administration from Stamford University, Bangkok. She also has a diploma in Business Administration from Hochschule, Munich.
