Jaw endurance and stomach capacity were tested to the limit as Hooters Asia kicked off its National Chicken Wing Eating Contest with the first qualifying round at Hooters Nana (Bangkok) on Friday, January 17.
Excited spectators and supporters cheered on the contestants as they attempted to finish 20 of America’s best wings in the fastest possible time. The Hooters girls were on hand to ensure fair play and the top 20 fastest eaters in town will now progress to the Grand Final at Hooters Pattaya where a THB 100,000 first prize will be up for grabs.
The next fun-filled qualifying round takes place at Hooters Phuket on Tuesday, Feb 4. Everyone is encouraged to sign up for a chance to compete in this one of a kind event.
Wing lovers can register in advance or on arrival on the set date for 299 THB and only the first 100 to sign up online or in person will compete from 8-9:30 pm.
