Leading property developer Boutique Corporation Public Company Limited (“Boutique”) has appointed CBRE to lease its new mixed-used office space named Summer Point.

Mr. Prab Thakral, President and Group CEO of Boutique Corporation said: “We see an on-going demand for quality commercial space in the mid-Sukhumvit area, as reflected in the 100% occupancy at Summer Hill and 90% occupancy at Summer Hub Offices. Summer Point is located on the main Sukhumvit road, a step away from Phra Khanong BTS and a few hundred meters to the expressways. Summer Point will serve as a perfect setting for people to work, eat and shop, with the option to exercise and socialize right across at Summer Hill.”

Summer Point is strategically designed for flexible space and user convenience. The ground floor will consist of coffee shops and various dining options. The second floor is designed with very high ceilings to accommodate a co-working space, with double volume and mezzanine. The third to fifth floors will be dedicated to office space, ranging from 115 sq.m. to 1,250 sq.m., with two floors of underground parking to accommodate all visitors.
