After working in major cities across the world – including London, New York, Tokyo, and Bangkok – and as bar manager at Vogue Lounge Bangkok, Hideyuki created Bronx as a unique concept of mixed culture with a Thai influence. The minimal interior and New Orleans Jazz music in the background offer customers the feeling of being in a New York bar, while the drinks combine ingredients from every corner of the globe to create distinctive flavours.
