RENOWNED mixologist Hideyuki Saito recently opened his new cocktail bar, Bronx. After working in major cities across the world – including London, New York, Tokyo, and Bangkok – and as bar manager at Vogue Lounge Bangkok, Hideyuki created Bronx as a unique concept of mixed culture with a Thai influence. The minimal interior and New Orleans Jazz music in the background offer customers the feeling of being in a New York bar, while the drinks combine ingredients from every corner of the globe to create distinctive flavours. Adding his creative flair to the menu, Hideyuki created each cocktail with originality and ingenuity to offer a cocktail experience like no other.
