Staged on Tuesday 31st October 2023, the “Haunting Halloween Dinner” will showcase a spooky selection of international dishes, including plenty of tasty treats – and no tricks – for all ages! With multiple live stations, a special Halloween Corner and themed desserts, this is an unmissable occasion for families and friends alike.
At the Halloween Corner, diners can tuck into a devilish selection of dishes such as bone marrow with toasted bread & chimichurri sauce, devil’s hand meat pie, ox tongue tacos & edible worms, ghost fennel sausage, and spider octopus pizza.
These original treats will be accompanied by a series of premium delicacies at the Western Hot Station, such as dry-aged wagyu prime rib of beef, marbled wagyu steak, Australian lamb rack, crispy pork belly, whole-baked salmon with black miso glaze, sea bass en papillote, and broiled Cajun oysters with parmesan & herb crust.
A spooky Charcuterie Station will present ghost’s marinated salmon with all the classic condiments, plus a variety of imported cheeses and cold cuts. And of course, every dinner can end on a sweet note with Halloween themed desserts including ghost cookies, “blood” pudding, pumpkin pie, pecan pie and more!
