Last weekend, Bangkok's food enthusiasts witnessed an impressive scene as Chef Ian Kittichai of Khum Hom and Chef Noy Busarin of Magnolia Cafe came together for an exclusive gastronomic journey during the '4-Hand Chefs' event held on March 15th and 16th, 2024, at Khum Hom.
The event was marked by an unforgettable culinary journey curated by Chef Noy, who is well-known for her profound understanding of Thai cuisine, particularly the flavors of Northern Thailand, partnering with Chef Ian Kittichai, renowned as Thailand's culinary luminary and the visionary behind Khum Hom.
The evening began with a welcoming speech by Dan Smith, the resort's General Manager, followed by captivating insights from the two master chefs of the night.
The dinner started at 7:00 pm and featured seven contemporary regional Thai dishes.
