A new and original stage production of Dracula opens this Valentine’s Day weekend in Bangkok! Special Preview prices are available for the first 5 performances, including 50% off all tickets for opening night on Friday, 12th February and 20% off the next 4 performances, all of which star the Royal Shakespeare Company actor, William Belchambers.
Ewing Entertainment Worldwide, in partnership with the British Council Thailand, the UK’s international organisation for cultural relations and educational opportunities, is staging one of horror literature’s most enduring classics at KBank Siam Pic-Ganesha Theatre from 12th February to 6th March 2016.
The classic tale of Dracula is known the world over, but this time, it is completely re-imagined by a world-class creative team direct from London’s West End and Broadway and features an international and Thai cast. From the creative minds behind ‘Joseph and the Technicolour Dreamcoat’, ‘Saturday Nigh Fever’, ‘Taboo’ and ‘Rat Pack Live in Las Vegas’, Ewing Entertainment brings us this terrifying new stage production by American Playwright Steven Dietz.
This dramatic stage adaptation is based on the original text by Bram Stoker, and features Thai/British singer and performer Hugo Chakrabongse as Dracula, the Premiere Season winner of ‘Thailand’s Got Talent, Myra Molloy and Joe Dixon from ‘The Mummy Returns’. The production promises to be explosive to say the least, with clever illusions, dramatic sets and costumes and an interesting take on this classical and well-loved horror story.
Evening performances start at 7.30pm and are scheduled on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from Friday, 12th February until Sunday, 6th March and there will be matinee performances starting at 2pm every Saturday and Sunday throughout the schedule. In addition, there will be six matinee sessions including Q&A sessions after the show with cast and production team, starting at 2pm during the week on both Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Special discounts are on offer for students and accompanying adults for these Q&A matinee shows.
Prices range from 1,800 Baht to 3,800 Baht for Stall seats and from 1,200 Baht to 2,400 Baht for Circle seats. Book your tickets and choose your seats at www.thaiticketmajor.com
