Inspired by the elegance and charm of France with a modern twist use only the finest ingredients to create a variety of modern French savories and sweets. The "Voyage à Paris" Afternoon Tea set includes highlights such as Tarte aux Pommes – Caramelized apple tarte with Breton and apple jelly, Matcha Religieuse – Choux pastry with Matcha cream, Madeleine Lemon Honey – Citrus sponge cake with lemon glaze and honey, Peach Mousse Cake – soft mousse cake with vanilla cream, peach confit and crumble, Salmon Tartare – Salmon with pearl cracker and lime curd, King Crab Mousse – Port wine jelly with king crab meat, apricot gel and crouton. About Chef Kitty - Ornicha Tejagupta
Meet Chef Kitty - Ornicha Tejagupta, the Executive Pastry Chef at Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel. Her role involves overseeing the preparation and production of delectable desserts and pastries for the hotel, as well as managing the pastry staff and making important administrative decisions in the pastry kitchen.
With more than 8 years of industry experience, Chef Kitty is a passionate pastry chef known for creating delicious and visually stunning desserts. She holds a Diplôme de Pâtisserie from Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School and has previously worked at Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels.
Chef Kitty's culinary journey commenced in 2015 at the prestigious 2-Michelin Star restaurant, Mezzaluna and Sirocco, located at Hotel Lebua, State Tower. She steadily climbed the culinary ladder, gaining valuable experience at Hotel Indigo, I-Cream Solutions, The Peninsula Bangkok Hotel, and the 1-Michelin Star restaurant, Côte by Mauro Colagreco, before joining the Renaissance family in 2023. Her journey exemplifies her unwavering passion for the culinary arts and the food industry.
