| Traveler’s Friend, the latest traveling solution in Phuket and the Andaman Sea, has hosted a grand opening ceremony in Phuket. Flowlow is the first ever project proposing to build new favorable experience for the travelers in all aspects including the Andaman’s traveling information, emergency instructions, traveling insurance, and Flow Pay E-Payment service. The project has partnered with many organizations in Thailand and Phuket to highly support a traveling flow of travelers in Phuket & the Andaman Sea, Phuket Smart City, and Thailand’s Tourism 4.0. Flowlow has recently held the first ever grand opening ceremony “Flowlow – Traveler’s Friend” at Grand Ballroom Bhukitta Hotel & Spa Phuket having Khun Thawornwat Khongkaew, Phuket’s Deputy Governor, as the president of the ceremony with many organizations from both government units and tour agencies attended the event. Khun Chaiya Rapuepon, Flowlow’s Chairman, started the ceremony with a warm welcoming speech to everyone. Khun Tanapat Thuatraiphop, Flowlow’s Project Manager has announced that Flowlow has released QR Code wristbands incorporating Flowpay which will be sold at the pier and renowned tour agencies to replace the former tickets by tapping the wristband at the access control gate. This will benefit the piers and the marine department in terms of recording statistical data on number of tourists and increase the pier’s standard and reputation. Moreover, travelers who wear Flowlow QR Code wristband will also receive complimentary marine insurance covering up to 1 Million THB sponsored by SE Group. Furthermore, Khun Kanaspatr Wasinsungworn Flowlow’s Project Manager – Technology & Innovation explained the benefits on the new E-Payment system. “Flowpay” is initially created for easier transactions among the tourists with limited shopping time on the islands and to support the local community’s economy. Flowpay has collaborated with Sabuy Money and its partner TMB to come up with the first Merchant Application called Flowsabuy and tourists can expect to start shopping and pay with the Flowlow QR code via Flowpay by this upcoming September 2018. Later in the evening, there was a MOU signing session from 6 partners including Phuket Provincial Government, Marine Department, Ao Po Pier, Rawai Pier, SE Group, and Sabuy Money.o Overall, the event has earned a lot of attentions from tour agencies, merchants, and media. All guests also had an opportunity to test the use of Flowlow QR Code and were satisfied with the wristband’s functions. Flowlow is honored to see all parties gathered in this ceremony to support Phuket and the Andaman Sea’s tourism where tourists are able to experience the intellectual modern technology.
