Hua Hin Marriott Resort & Spa has won the G-Green (Silver) Award 2018. Organized by Thailand’s Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, these awards recognize the hotels that that have adopted outstanding environmentally-friendly practices.
The award was presented by Mr Ratchada Suriyakul Na Ayutthaya, Director General of DEQP, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, at the Rama Gardens Hotel Bangkok.
Hua Hin Marriott Resort & Spa has implemented a series of environmentally sustainable practices in 2018, including replacing plastic straws with paper versions, using eco-friendly products, watering the grounds and gardens with recycled water, and adopting energy-saving systems throughout the property. In addition, the resort’s associates regularly clean the beach in front of the hotel.
