JustCo, Southeast Asia’s largest premium co-working space provider is set to make waves in the heart of Bangkok’s central business district with the opening of its inaugural centre located at AIA Sathorn Tower this month. Spanning across two floors with a total of 34,000 square feet, the building has drawn high occupancy volumes with anchored tenants such as Mercedes Benz, Deloitte, Mitsubishi, and Covestro.
  | By the end of 2018, JustCo will have multiple co-working spaces across various Southeast Asia cities, on top of its five current co-working centres in Singapore with two additional slated to open by the third quarter of this year. JustCo at AIA Sathorn Tower boasts vibrant interiors along with quirky and playful elements. The space design encompasses the use of industrial furnishing and raw materials, communal tables and swing chairs, together with splashes of vivid colour tones throughout various cosy corners. Additional highlights of the space include an in-house café for a morning perk- me-up or late afternoon pick-me up, a foosball and golf corner for members to declutter and relieve stress, quiet pods designed for personal space, as well as hot-desking areas, meeting studios, event spaces and more. Located at the heart of CBD area For the first JustCo’s co-working space in Bangkok in AIA Sathorn Tower, it is located at the heart of Sathorn CBD area. It is easily accessible within a walking distance of 3 to 5 minutes to and from BTS Surasak station and will be connected to BTS Suksawitthaya Station by the first quarter of 2019. The building is a LEED Gold pre-certification with LED lighting for office interior and three layers of low-emission glass, and 3-metre-high ceiling.

JustCo has knocked down the walls of the traditional offices to give visionary businesses autonomy and room to evolve. JustCo at AIA Sathorn Tower offers you cozy but unique interior design from pops of loud and vibrant colours (i.e. a stunning blue stairway, use of wood accents, various shades of blue tones plastered at various corners) to natural light and playful elements of each corner encourage interaction amongst the community members including a hanging swing, a table football and golf corner. Open areas also allow community members to join events organized by JustCo. Quiet pods are available when privacy is necessary for phone calls or tasks which require some quiet moments.
