TAT joined forces with UNDP, and Siam Niramit launched "The King's Wisdom for Sustainable Tourism" recently at the Emporium Gallery. The three principles of the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej's work regarding his royal projects is to provide the Thai people with a better wellbeing. The implementation went into creating model learning groups in various community tourism areas related to the King's Philosophy to create a sustainable tourism model. Four model communities are selected from each region of Thailand to build the community tourism route showcasing in this event which includes Ban Pong Huai Lan, Chiang Mai, Ban Nong San, Sakon Nakhon, Community around Nongyai Area Development Project, Chumpon, Chantaboon Riverside Community, Chantaburi.
