“Last year’s accomplishment has been our motivation going forward ever since. We shall continue to raise the bar, strive to be better every day, and delight our loyal diners or culinary explorers to new heights of fine dining excellence. I am very privileged for having a great team support, we are a team of 30 persons at the restaurant, and I am the only French or Westerner in the kitchen therefore that
means a lot to me. I could not be any more proud of the team. The accolade indeed accentuates the dedication and commitment to excellence of our everyday routine here at Le Normandie” said Chef de Cuisine, Arnaud Dunand Sauthier.
