Louisa Coffee, Taiwan’s largest premium coffee brand with the most branches, recently entered the coffee market in Thailand,
Mr. Chris Huang, Founder and General Manager, Louisa Coffee, Taiwan, said “Louisa Coffee expanded overseas for the first time in Thailand with its first location at Amarin Plaza.

Louisa Coffee was founded in 2006 in Taipei, the capital city of Taiwan.  Stemming from the founder’s passion in coffee, Louisa Coffee has established itself as an expert in quality coffee.  We spent more than a decade in crafting the best coffee from roasting the beans, controlling the temperature, to brewing each cup.

Success of Louisa Coffee is rather multi-faceted with its ample locations, able baristas, storefront design, price, quality, and taste.  Our branch expansion is solely in response to our customers’ demands, therefore, we are confident that Louisa Coffee, Taiwan’s premium café with the most branches in the country, will be a hit among the Thai coffee drinkers as well.

Today, Louisa Coffee registers 450 branches, spreading across Taiwan.  Operating under its core concept, “Coffee Journey,” Louisa brings premium coffee, carefully selected from local sources in Thailand and Laos, and a selection of tea from England and Taiwan to coffee lovers at reasonable prices, making Louisa Coffee the truly “Second Place” for every visitor.

“Whilst meeting consumers’ changing needs and lifestyles, Louisa Coffee has been seeking opportunities to expand beyond Taiwan, hence its first overseas location in Thailand.”

For its first phase, Louisa Coffee is targeting Asian markets with similar cultures, lifestyles, and preferences.  Thailand has risen as top choice with high potential as raw materials, human resource development, and its growing market.

Mr. Wongphun Laothamatas, Executive Director, Louisa Coffee Thailand Company Limited, said, “I want to introduce high quality tasty coffee to Thai people, thus my entrance into the coffee business.”

“After my visits at Louisa Coffee in Taiwan, I could feel Chris’ passion in his coffee.  Plus, Louisa Coffee stands for good quality taste that I am confident in and I want to introduce this superior specialty coffee at affordable prices.”

Louisa Coffee opens its doors on Monday to Friday at 07.30-20.00 hrs. and Saturday to Sunday at 10.00-19.00 hrs. 2nd floor, Amarin Plaza (Chidlom BTS Station Skywalk).
