1.  How did you begin your career in this industry?
-  In1998 I got selected as a management trainee at Jin Jiang Hotel, where I started as a bartender at their speciality Indian restaurant "Tandoor".

2. One of the most challenging aspects of your job
  - Driving performance by developing all aspects of the team.

3. Highlights of your career so far...
- I was selected as Pre-opening General Manager of Shama Sukhumvit at the age of 32 in February 2010, and, at the age of 36, it was my pleasure to be the General Manager of Oriental Residence Bangkok, a legendary luxury hotel in Bangkok, for three years eight months. Now, since January 2018, we have successfully operated Shama Lakeview Asoke, a newly renovated residence of 429 beautiful apartments.

4. What’s the most challenging aspect of running your hotel?
- When you love your profession there is nothing that is too challenging!

5. Hotel demand in Thailand continues to show a steady growth – but in a saturated market, how do you make sure the hotel stands out in the crowd?
 - The only way to stand out in this saturated market is to be a real "luxury hotel". To me, the real luxury is your people, how much they make our guests feel recognized, feel valued, feel loved every time they are at Shama Lakeview Asoke.
6.  What are your unique selling points?
- At our lovely Shama Lakeview Asoke, the layout and design are done as if it were your own home. Our team is our unique selling point; they are the luxury part of Shama Lakeview Asoke,

7. The best advice you've ever received
– "Tough on standards and soft on people."

8. The motto you find most inspiring
- "Strive for excellence and success will follow."

9. What are your free time activities?
- I love to go to the gym; I love healthy eating; I cook for my family, including my mother; and last but not least I like to read books. I try to finish a minimum of 10 books a year. I love reading – self development, or autobiography – and I love to highlight what I like most in those books and read those sections again and again. I just love it! It makes me happy.

10. Tell us about your family?
- We are two brothers raised by our lovely mother, who was a professor of Political Science and English. She did her Masters of Arts in Political Science. Our mother is the CEO of our family. Today she is a proud mother and lives with me in Bangkok.
