Grand Swiss Hotel Bangkok’s General Manager, Sitapaat Suttisuntrangkura carries over a decade of professional experiences in hospitality business in many inspiring destinations throughout Thailand. With educational background from International Hotels & Tourism Industry Management College, Bachelor of Law and People Management & Organization Strategies studies. My hospitality career started as a guest service agent in a small resort and switched the role to sales & public relations in a branded-5-star villas with pre-opening experiences. Time and opportunities brought me through many journeys such as an executive assistant, an area operations manager, a hotel manager and now as a general manager. My favorite aspects of Grand Swiss Hotel Bangkok, apart from my team are its perfect location, only 1 minute walk from BTS Nana, those well-appointed guestrooms with lovely oriental touches. The 180 Degree Sky Lounge for delicious meals together with the stunning view of Bangkok city life and The Dark Room, our newest hidden bar for signature drinks and street food combo. |
The most challenging of business today is to keep up the new trends that come up almost every day, in this competitive city, all you need to do is to get to know and understand what is changing around you. Focus on your guest satisfaction and always ensure that they leave with wonderful experiences.
The world is moving very fast, so play with it and take your team with you. It will be extremely amazing if you are surrounded by great team members who have the same passion and understanding as I currently am.
For my vacation plan, I love to travel both domestic and overseas, mostly to unspoiled destinations to learn local lives, cultures and traditions. Sometimes I made trekking trips. Or for short holidays, shooting is a good idea for me.
Key of success: Know your weakness and always stay humble.
