New on the scene: Man Fu Yuan Kitchen (Emquartier)

SINGAPORE’S renowned Man Fu Yuan Chinese restaurant made its Bangkok debut a few years ago as a fine dining establishment at Rajapruek Club. Now, a new concept has opened on the 8th floor of Helix Quartier, serving the same quality of food at a more affordable price. The décor retains traditional Chinese elements but is more sleek and casual. The menu is divided into two – a la carte dishes such as Classic Tea Smoked Duck, Crispy Roasted Pork, and Hor Fun Black Bean with Fish Fillet; and, part two, a wide variety of handcrafted Dim Sum such as Prawn Dumpling (Har-Kau), Pork Dumpling with Shrimp (Siew-Mai), Chee Chong Fun with Scallop, Baked BBQ Pork, and much more.
