REGENT'S International School founder and chairman Dr. Virachai Techavijit delivered welcoming remarks at the opening ceremony of the Round Square Globally Accessible Conference in the company of honoured guests on Saturday, April 7 2018 at the school premises in Bangkok.
The participants are 147 students aged 14-15 years along with 48 teachers from 30 Round Square schools around the world. The delegates and staff come from Australia, Canada, UK, USA, India, Kenya, Denmark, Oman, Tanzania, China, Canada, South Africa, Japan, Hong Kong and Thailand.
Standing in for the President of the Round Square Organisation, His Majesty King Constantine II, are Mr. Rod Fraser, Chairman, and Ms Rachael Westgarth, CEO of the Round Square.
The purpose of this innovative students-led conference is to allow these selected young students to be involved in various Round Square activities were they learn principles that will make them successful leaders in the future.
A great learning opportunity, these young leaders will certainly transfer all the positive activities they have engaged in to their peers back home.
