The newest addition to the contemporary floor at River City Bangkok opens Wednesday, 1 July 2020.
Coming out of the government’s lockdown measures, River City Bangkok re-opened with our new immersive exhibition VAN GOGH: LIFE AND ART. Social distancing strictly imposed, the exhibition
has been a magnet for art lovers of all ages and backgrounds.
If we have learnt anything during the two plus months of lockdown, it’s our interest for cooking, writing, knitting, or painting. COVID-19 seems to have awakened our desire to create… the artist within, passion we did not realize we had.
Responding to the growing community interest, River City Bangkok is pleased to announce the newest member of the contemporary art floor: a co-creation, co-art space for artists experienced and novice, young and old. Introducing CREATE Artist Studio.

Taking the class into areas of old Bangkok to draw, paint or photograph is an experience even the most experienced artist dream of”
