Following the resounding success of FROM MONET TO KANDINSKY, River City Bangkok now presents part two of the immersive multimedia exhibition with an exclusive preview of ITALIAN RENAISSANCE WORLD PREMIERE on Wednesday, August 7 2019 at RCB Galleria (2nd fl.).
This multimedia exhibition featuring four of the world’s greatest masters da Vinci, Michelangelo, Raphael, and Botticelli whose influence, which started in the Italian Renaissance era, has continued to inspire to this very day. In this exhibition, the visitor is transported back to one of the most important periods of transformation and scientific awakening. This exclusive preview welcomed distinguished artists and famous figures in the art society, diplomats, business leaders, and members of the media, who were the first in the world to immerse themselves in this world-class exhibition.
ITALIAN RENAISSANCE will be open to the public from August 8 until October 31, 2019. It’s open daily from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. at RCB Galleria (2nd fl.).
On this special occasion, Ms. Linda Cheng, Managing Director of River City Bangkok gave a thought-provoking speech to thank supporters to mark the official opening of the world premier of ITALIAN RENAISSANCE:
“At River City Bangkok, not only all our projects must be educational, we also strongly believe that art and music appreciation are crucially important for the spiritual wellbeing and harmony of our society. Through the readings of the information panels, visitors will find that these men were extremely talented, but also always hardworking. It is no surprise that diligence stays true for everyone who wants to achieve something in their lives. It is our duty and contribution to mankind that we continue to make their inspirational work accessible and desirable especially to the young generation.”
