The multi-award winning resort is owned and operated by the renowned Charn Issara Group and boasts 52 private villas set 40-60 meters above sea level along the Eastern and Western ridges at the very tip of the cape.

| All villas feature a 12 meters infinity-edge swimming pool, a private sala, and outdoor sunbathing terraces overlooking the Andaman Sea and outlying islands. The three to five bedroom residential villas, some of which are available for sale, include similar aspects but on a much grander scale.
