With over 20 slots to try dishes by 13 chefs, the dining experience is held under 3 concepts of Celebration, Authenticity and Collaboration. Fine dining menus curated, and some created specifically for this event, consist of numerous inspiring Thai, Chinese, Italian, and Japanese dishes. Special guest chefs include; Chef Tam-Chudaree, Top Chef Thailand’s Chef Table, Chef Pom-Thanarak, Chinese food Iron Chef, Ruen Jarung, high-demand Thai restaurant from Ayutthaya, Locus Native Food Lab, well-known Lanna Chef Table from Chiang Rai. Additionally, modern fusion menus are being invented with collaborations from up-and-coming contemporary chefs in the style of Chinese-Italian, Japanese-Mexican and more.
