I am excited to announce the launch of "The Maestro : A Symphony of Gastronomy" at Signature Bangkok. On the first three evenings, a group of culinary maestros collaborate on a finely-orchestrated 8-courses menu, including mini-wine pairings and international pianist Richard Sully. On the final “Cheese & Wine Night”, savour rare artisanal cheeses from Les Frères Merchand, France’s oldest cheesemonger, paired with wines, canapés & breads from Signature Bangkok, and a performance by renowned opera band Fivera.
