Collaborating for a lavished activity on Saturday 23rd and 30th March 2019 , premium French cookwear, Le Creuset, led by Ratapat Saraithong, Marketing Manager, hosted the memorable and luxurious experience for the platinum clients of the French high-end Skincare brand Sisley.
On this special occasion theme “Colorful summer Gourmet with Le Creuset ” at the home of “Chef Eed” Jintana Wongwiwat for the fun cooking workshop of French style patisserie, “Weekend Suzanne”. There were two sessions; morning and afternoon.
The bakery was created by using Mini Round Cocotte as an important tool, which certainly brought about a cozy atmosphere before moving on to the casual style of Chef’s Table lunch and diner created by Chef Jintana.
Appetizer and Salad featured Scallops in White Wine Sauce, followed by Asian Crab Salad, and Hi-So Mac and Cheese. The main course was the choice of Beef Au Vin with Mousseline Potato, Garnished Vegetables, or Fillet of Fish with Ratatouille Sauce. Lastly, was a lovely dessert, Apple Tartin and Poached Pears. All of the dish was finely presented on the premium and beautiful Le Creuset cookery set that made the meal truly something special.
In addition to this, at the event served one of the best champagnes, Piper-Heidsieck, from France as well as the best mineral waters with Ph8.88 of Iceland Spring Water from Iceland.
All guests left the venue with their smiles on the faces for the impressive experience and the happy time. There were also souvenirs from Le Creuset and Iceland Springwater.
