Vintage Car Club of Thailand together with AVANI Riverside Bangkok Hotel, AVANI Hua Hin Resort & Villas, Cha-am Municipality, Hua Hin Municipality and Tourism Authority of Thailand will jointly host “The 16th Hua Hin Vintage Car Parade 2018” under the theme concept of “New Charm, Same Destination” during November 9-11, 2018.
| Kwanchai Paphatphong, President of Vintage Car Club of Thailand, reveals that “Hua Hin Vintage Car Parade” is an annual activity organized for the 16th consecutive year by Vintage Car Club of Thailand and listed in the Tourism Authority of Thailand’s calendar of events and festivals to promote tourism in the Provinces of Phetchaburi and Prachuap Khiri Khan while providing an opportunity for the people to delight in treasured vintage and classic cars along the route Bangkok –Hua Hin. VCCT organizes the event this year under the concept “New Charm, Same Destination” to illustrate the reason why Hua Hin still remains an important destination for those who prefer holidaying amidst beautiful natural beauty throughout the past century is because Hua Hin has never been short of a “New Charm” that is no less alluring than its seaside beach. The event this year has the collaboration of AVANI Hua Hin Resort & Villas to create a new charm and is supported by the public sector such as Cha-Am Municipality, Hua Hin Municipality and Tourism Authority of Thailand.” (TAT). John Kim, General Manager of AVANI Riverside Bangkok Hotel which is the principal co-host and starting point of the cavalcade of over 50 rare historic cars to Hua Hin this year, reveals, “AVANI Riverside Bangkok Hotel is delighted to have the honour and trust of VCCT to be the host for Press Conference and starting point of this Vintage Car Parade. It is our first year to help promote tourism of Phetchaburi and Prachuap Khiri Khan Provinces through a procession of beautiful and precious vintage and classic cars, along with contributing to the preservation and continuance of the fine history embedded in these cars”. |   |
