With a wealth of experience behind him, including stints at some of Bangkok's most iconic restaurants, Chef Moo (real name Mr.Krittin Kerdnaimongkul) is looking forward to his latest challenge - in charge of the kitchens at Steakhouse Co.
He worked, for example, at top hotels like Anantara, Marriott, Le Meridien, Delta Grand and Dusit Thani, as well Delaney's pub, Peppina and also for the launch of Planet Hollywood.

While his menu focuses, naturally enough, on quality steaks from Australia and the US, Chef Moo is keen to point out this new restaurant venture offers an extensive selection of other all-time favourite dishes plus a number of ‘house specials' such as Lobster Thermidor, Clams Casino, Ossobuco and some of the best dry-aged beef seen in the Thai capital. "The menu has been designed, of course, to suit our target market - Japanese diners, Thais, expats and tourists. Among our steaks available are tenderloin, NY Strip, ribeye, porterhouse, sirloin, t-bone and tomahawk. We also serve Australian lamb shank, pork chop, salmon, cod and a long list of side orders,” explained Chef Moo, who supervises five staff in his tailor-made kitchen. |
