----------------- Ingredient ------------------ • Fettuccini Pasta 500g • Peeled White Prawn 600g • Sliced Straw mushroom 60g • Cherry tomatoes 30g • Chopped galangal 15g • Chopped lemongrass 15g --------------------- Methods -------------------- 1. Boil Fettuccini in high heat water, add salt and olive oil, and boil for 7 minutes. Then filter it out, mix with olive oil. Set aside. 2. Fry prawns with olive oil until the prawns are brown and crusty. 3. Add chopped galangal and lemongrass, sauté until fragrant then delude with a little bit of prawn stock, keep it boiled. 4. Add sweet chili paste and stir well then seasoning with salt to taste. 5. Add Fettuccini and well mixed. Then put on the dish. 6. Sprinkled with Kaffir Lime Leaves. Ready to serve. |
