SIGNATURE DISHES

The new menu presents numerous delicious choices. First up was the fresh roasted carrot and avocado salad (B360)–spiced carrots, marinated feta served with fresh avocado, radish, fennel, mint, toasted seeds and a citrusy pomegranate dressing followed by cured and crispy fish plank (B790 for two, B1,295 for four)–cured salmon, roasted shellfish, crab and avocado bruschetta with mini fritto misto, yuzu mayo served with beautifully aged pecorino and chilli jam, olives and pickles.

Next was the famed mini bruschetta selection (B285)–a selection of crab and avocado, tomato, smoked salmon and silky pâté crostini. The Gennaro’s Tagliatelle Bolognese (B290 for small, B385 for regular)–the succulent pork and beef is slow-cooked with red wine served with al dente pasta topped with pangrattato and Parmesan. The wild mushroom risotto (B365)–served covered with fresh seasonal greens, the carnaroli rice is served with roasted mushrooms and mozzarella.
