Chef Hari Nayak comes from Udupi, a city on the southwest coast of India. The place where he started his culinary explorations. From there he ventured to USA where he further explored on gastronomic expertise and wrote internationally acclaimed cookbooks that renowned New York. ªHe has given a new dimension to foodº said New York based French chef Daniel Bolud.
