Located in heart of Asoke, an exciting new branch of BIRDS Rotisserie is coming to CRAFT Sukhumvit 23 this July.
Led by French chef Jeremy Tourret, former Chef de Cuisine of L’Appart, BIRDS serves organic, free-range roasted chicken with a modern twist, combining bold flavors with friendly service in a casual environment.
BIRDS’s focus on healthy, top-quality ingredients includes not only chicken, but organic, Thailand-grown vegetables.
Our Mission
BIRDS’ mission is to deliver a healthy menu using top-quality ingredients. We select only organically raised, air-chilled chickens from Sukhothai that have never seen a cage. These local farms allow chickens to roam freely with no use of preservatives, antibiotics or added hormones.
Organic vegetables from Chiang Mai farms are used to make our tasty side dishes and salads. And BIRDS uses only eco-friendly. biodegradable packaging for delivery. We limit the use of plastic to the bare minimum because we care for our customers and our environment.
Our Restaurant
As our name implies, diners can expect fresh, hot and juicy organic, rotisserie chicken roasted in the restaurant or via home delivery. The chicken are served with delicious homemade sauces and side dishes. You can order a half or whole chicken or a set menu. Homemade chicken burgers also are not to be missed. BIRDS’ French burger buns are freshly baked daily with tasty stuffed organic roasted chicken and AOC melted gruyere. Various healthy salads, snacks and desserts also are available.

Our Chef
Chef Jeremy Tourret is a culinary maestro. Jeremy is a chef with a simple three-pronged philosophy of “respecting tradition, using the finest ingredients, and bringing pleasure to diners”. After working in Michelin three-star restaurant in Paris and New York, including Le Bristol and Daniel Boulud, he relocated to Bangkok in 2008. Tourret was Chef de Cuisine at V9 in the Sofitel Silom Bangkok and later was promoted to Executive Sous Chef of the Sofitel Sukhumvit and Chef de Cuisine at L’Appart rooftop restaurant. Before joining BIRDS, Jeremy was an Executive Chef at El Mercado.
