Featuring a farm-fresh and fun-filled concept of Fruit Fiesta, the culinary team behind this iconic gourmet food and beverage brand from New York, presents an array of ultimate summertime eats displaying colorful and fresh seasonal ingredients.

Start with a summery salad, Refreshing Watermelon Spinach Salad (285 THB) features watermelon; a tasty and super hydrating summer treat that pairs exquisitely with baby spinach, beetroot, potato, spring onion, pomegranate, feta cheese, pistachio, and drizzled with ambrosial mango & passion fruit dressing. Looking for an easy grab-and-go bite, try Rustic Chicken Pesto Sandwich (275 THB) boasting smoked chicken, mozzarella, tomato, iceberg lettuce, walnut & pistachio pesto on sourdough bread, and served alongside pickled cucumber and coleslaw.
For something heavier, main courses are also on offer. Traditional Spanish Paella (495 THB), a classic menu hailing from Spain with authentic flavors consisting of main ingredients such as tiger prawn, squid, mussel, spiced chorizo, green peas, mixed colored capsicum, lobster stock and a blend of saffron and spices.
