The Miyazaki 5 Ways menu is served for lunch and dinner every day throughout this period, with the a la carte prices starting from THB 850.
Beef lovers will enjoy Miyazaki beef because of its extremely high quality in taste and in texture. The beef is imported directly from Japan’s Miyazaki Prefecture, the only region in Japan that raises cattle by their breeds and biological types. Miyazaki beef is 100 percent purebred Japanese Wagyu, a breed that is known as Kuroge Washu, or Japanese Black.
Amongst the five styles on our menu is Miyazaki sashimi, at THB 1,380, and Miyazaki beef grilled with salt, at THB 2,100.
