Diners can indulge the evening with an extensive selection of delicious German dishes by the hotel’s native German Executive Chef Marc Cibrowius, combined with the greatest choices of beverages from his motherland. With more than 30 years experience in the culinary industry, Chef Marc is exceedingly proud to present Germany’s biggest celebration. The German Food Festival consists of limitless exquisite German delicacies, including the signature Crispy Pork Knuckle, the juicy and tender Roast Pork Neck and Roasted Beef with Pork Speck served with Onion and Gherkins. The German Food Festival is available from 19 to 27 October 2018 from 6.30 p.m. to 10.30 p.m., priced at 1,900 bath net from Sunday to Thursday and at 2,200 bath net from Friday to Saturday. Children aged 6 to 11 years old will enjoy half price.
